1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Raavista platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is strictly for B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions within India and international trade participants.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Users must be legally registered business entities. Sellers are required to provide a valid GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number) and are subject to manual verification by the Raavista compliance team. Raavista reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide fraudulent information.

3. User Conduct

Users shall not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform. Buyers must ensure that all Request for Quotations (RFQs) are genuine business inquiries. Sellers must ensure that all product listings are accurate and that they have the capacity to fulfill orders described.

4. Platform Role

Raavista is a marketplace and communication facilitator. We are not a party to the actual commercial contracts between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services advertised, although we strive to maintain a verified ecosystem.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including the Raavista name, logo, and proprietary AI tools, are the property of Raavista. Users retain ownership of their listing data but grant Raavista a license to host and display such data for marketplace purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Raavista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the platform or the transactions conducted between users.
